What Will I be Doing?

The Manager Food & Beverage is responsible for the overall management and operation of all food and beverage outlets within the resort. This includes supervising the development and implementation of food and beverage strategies, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving profitability.

You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Food and Beverage Strategy Development: Develop and implement inclusive plans for food and beverage that align with the resort’s overall goals and objectives. Operations Management: Supervise the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bars, and in-room dining. Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, cost of goods sold, labor costs, and profitability. Menu Development: Collaborate with culinary teams to develop and implement innovative menus that meet guest expectations and drive revenue. Guest Service: Ensure outstanding guest service by training and motivating staff to provide personalized experiences. Meets or exceeds guest happiness survey score goals. Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing food and beverage team. Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize costs. Purchasing: Works with approved suppliers to increase discounts and acquire the best pricing and quality of products. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety, health, and sanitation regulations. Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal liquor laws and regulations. Training: Completes and oversees departmental completion of all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned and on time. Marketing and Promotions: Implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Managing the restaurant’s online presence and social media. Lead all aspects of Banquets from marketing, sales performance, client management and event execution.
