Lead and manage a team of safety professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a culture of safety across the organization. Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate safety considerations into new projects, processes, and equipment design. Oversee the emergency response and crisis management systems, including conducting drills and ensuring readiness for any potential incidents. Stay abreast of the latest developments in fire and safety regulations, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve safety standards. Ensure proper documentation of safety procedures, incidents, and compliance records. Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for employees at all levels. Act as the primary point of contact for safety-related communications and inquiries. Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Fire Engineering, Safety Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or relevant discipline (preferred). Experience 13-19 years of experience in fire and safety management within the Copper industry or similar heavy industries. Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing safety protocols, emergency response plans, and risk assessment strategies.
