We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofManager – Finance Systems Operations.

Working with Business Users / application owners / Finance change delivery / Finance IT for any business, infrastructure or application change to understand / assess upcoming changesCollaborate with the Application /Infrastructure Support Team during Change releaseCreate UAT test cases and deployment support for small changesAct as an SME for the processes, and deliverables of the project.Understanding of DevOps Model and Agile methodology..Engage with various stakeholders to understand the criticality and customer requirements and drive requests/ changes accordingly.Establish and maintain effective relationship with customers and identify areas of service improvements by implementing regular calls and feedback mechanismInfluence and escalate key customer issues in an effective way to ensure timely resolution by adhering to incident management frame work.Continuous reviews of the customer issues and ensure products and services are tailored on an ongoing basis to meet expectation.Adhere to Incident Management framework and ensure timely follow up and prompt updates to Business Management.

Com/B Tech: (9 years of post-qualification experience) in a leading accounting firms / financial services sector.Experience in participating in internal / external Systems auditsTechnical Skills Sets (Any of the below listed technical know-how is essential for the role)ETL tools - SAS, PythonVisualization tools - Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, SASGeneral Ledger Systems - Oracle, SAP, FusionRelational Database – Oracle, SQL, Big DataWorking knowledge on VB, PowerShell, Unix / Linux commandsExperience of leading production support of critical applications (or, supporting system/process operations?)Experience of large scale automation projects in a Banking / Finance environment (too restrictive? – in reference to the DI Recruitment Guidelines)
