During this 12 month intensive program, you will become equipped with everything you need to understand Bosch and your business division (Mobility Electronics, Semiconductor Operations). Together with you, we create a personalized development plan which will lead you to 2-3 rotations in the Roseville, CA factory and our sister plant in Reutlingen, Germany. While in this program, you will take over challenging projects and have the chance to interact with senior management representatives. With the guidance of a personal mentor at executive level, you will continue to expand your personal strengths.
