The U.S. Consumer Finance team analyzes and provides decision support for new product launches, existing product management initiatives, Co-Brand partnerships and deal negotiations, product investments, and pricing. The Manager of Co-Brand Product Finance is responsible for maintaining & renegotiating current partnerships as well as providing thought leadership and deep analytics to help craft the product line strategy and drive growth in our Co-Brand portfolios. This role will specifically support the Marriott Co-brand portfolio.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Providing thought leadership on Marriott product economics to provide actionable recommendations to influence business strategy. Partnering with the appropriate Controllership and Business teams to ensure that partner contracts / payments are executed efficiently and accurately. Supporting Senior Leadership on key strategic initiatives related to the Marriott Co-Brand portfolio. Partnering with key stakeholders across Finance, Risk and the Business to evaluate deal scenarios and profitability impacts of product changes. Performing analyses on the competitive landscape of Co-Brand partnerships.The ideal candidate will have a hunger for learning, provide meaningful financial analysis, and present results to business partners in simple and concise terms. As such, excellent communication skills and a proactive working style are required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Detail oriented individual who can quickly comprehend, manipulate, and prepare complex spreadsheets and analyses. Demonstrated ability to effectively synthesize complex concepts into a message that can be communicated to senior leaders. Pro-active can-do attitude: a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and with a commitment to driving results. A minimum of 4+ years of relevant finance experience, including demonstrated problem solving/analytical skills and prior experience in a fast paced, results-driven. organization Solid business acumen and strong project management, balancing long term/short term impacts, multiple priorities and customers.Preferred Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of card business model and economics preferred. SQL experience preferred, but not required.Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
