Summary   Provide leadership for ERP/Business team . Must have proven and extensive enterprise systems deployment and support experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Leads ERP/Business Analytics team in design, deployment, and support to support business requirements for all ERP, Finance and business analytics platforms on premise and cloud hosted. + Experience with ERP and Financial application management, consolidation, and the ongoing maintenance of said applications. + Experience in design and support of data management and analytics platforms such as Data Lake, Data Mart, Power BI, Cognos and other similar platforms. + Assist in business analysis to determine and clarify informational requirements and business opportunities. + Demonstrate sound judgement and experience with a variety of implementation concepts, practices, and techniques for supporting a wide array of enterprise systems. + Responsible for assuring technology services and applications are efficiently designed, deployed, and optimized with scalability and security. + Assist with ERP/Business Analytics guidelines, policies, configuration standards, disaster recovery and best practices . + Review and enhance IT policy and procedures to ensure all technology platforms are compliant with corporate policies and guidelines. + Design a roadmap for the creation/expansion of existing data management and financial applications. + Provide value by bringing a passion to continually discover ways to improve current processes and suggest new processes to add growing value. + Evaluate and make recommendations on both Azure native and third-party tools for corporate cloud journey and support thereafter. + Maintains a central source of information such as a knowledge base enabling support staff to recover from outages with minimal disruption to expected service levels. + Ensures that daily, weekly, and monthly statistics, status reports, and graphical reporting aids are completed and continually modified to meet the needs of the department. + Manage a staff of ERP/Business Analytics team members as well software planning and design for both internal and external systems. + Assist the Sr. Manager with additional tasks and reporting responsibilities. + Solves problems and makes decisions on a daily basis relative to ERP/Business Analytics Systems and Applications staff management responsibilities. Ensures that effective representation takes place for the coordination of work processes and projects with other departments and divisions. + Responsible for oversight of software license, compliance and licensing life cycles with understanding different licensing types/methods as it relates to ERP/Business Analytics . + Management of software from purchase, upgrades, removal, and retirement. + Utilize enterprise tools for reporting, software installs assessment and vendor for licensing audits. + Interact with vendor, suppliers, and contractors for purchase and procurement of a broad spectrum of software applications along with other products and services. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : + Manage and lead the ERP/Business Analytics team workload and activities on a day-to-day basis. + Direct responsibility for assigned team and customer facing deliverables. + Assigns tasks based on priority and monitors service level agreements. + Provides team members with direction and technical guidance. + Ensures team members are properly cross-trained. + Supports the Sr Manager in maintaining overall company policies and goals and defining high standards within the group. + Maintains effective communications with other groups. + Responsible for identifying , tracking, and mitigating platform support gaps within the group. + Provides training for new employees and helps group members develop and fully utilize new skills + Conducts goal setting and performance assessments Qualifications and Education Requirements   + Bachelor’s degree in computer related field and 4 years ERP/Business Analytics systems experience or AA degree in computer related field and 6 years ERP/Business Analytics systems experience or 10 years ERP/Business Analytics systems experience or equivalent related experience. + Must possess at least 3 years of recent experience with enterprise ERP/Business Analytics Systems or applications software support. + Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Prior expertise designing/managing/architecting of enterprise ERP/Business Analytics systems. + Ability to research hardware/software products, licensing and security related vulnerabilities + Excellent verbal and written communication skills required + Excellent judgment and discretion in handling sensitive date and confidential information. + Must be able to interface with all levels of management, system users and vendors + Must be able to produce cost benefit analysis + Able to define, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Security Responsibilities   Must comply  with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures.  Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval.  All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.    +  Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.   Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.  Work Environment   This job operates in a professional office environment.
