**Manager EHS & SBD KGJ** **Description** **The replacement hired candidate required to follow below responsibility** Supplier audit \(historical reports\) APQP Part Development status Supplier concern tracker ECN review Supplier audit \(historical reports\) New project / current project APQP status projects） BCAQ/issue list \(closed?\) Supplier changes Supplier key contact list \(supplier name tel email\) PPAP\(New/ Old\) folder Link Support and track supply base on site \(regularly business trips\) Manage and track supplier performance to ensure the delivery of high quality parts to Kautex Apply standardized tools and methodologies \(eg\. supplier capability assessments, supplier performance reviews, requalification audits, 8D reviews, BCAQ, …\) to enable sufficient preparation, execution and maintenance of quality improvement actions at the supply base Carry out component APQP for components that are launched in the assigned programs including identification and escalation of potential roadblocks Act as a partner for the assigned suppliers to improve supplier development and to foster close collaboration Support the regional SBD leads and strategic buyers in assessing potential new suppliers Manage quality complains in business CAQ and share supplier issues that could affect other plants & programs Support and track supplier 8Ds through to completion \(including verification of corrective actions **Qualifications** **The hired replacement candidate should have below qualification\.** Experience 8\-10 years Education: Degree in Mechanical, Automobile Should have automotive industry experience **Recruiting Company:** Kautex **Primary Location:** India-Gujarat-Gujarat **Job Function:** Supply Chain **Schedule:** Full-time **Job Level:** Manager without Direct Reports **Job Type:** Experienced **Shift:** First Shift **Travel:** No **Relocation:** Available **Job Posting:** 02/11/2025, 4:33:55 AM **Job Number:** 329545
