PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
The Manager, eCommerce Merchandising, plays a critical role in driving eCommerce growth by developing and executing strategic merchandising plans. This role ensures an optimal product assortment, stock efficiency, and seamless digital experiences to maximize sales and profitability across eCommerce channels. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, cross-functional leadership, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the eCommerce space.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Merchandising & Buying Strategy
Develop and drive eCommerce merchandising strategies to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional planning. Lead Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning and collaborate with category and buying teams to align assortments with business objectives. Ensure timely product launches and lifecycle management, including newness, replenishment, and markdowns across all eCommerce channels.Sales & Inventory Management
Analyze sell-through, inventory performance, and product trends to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce stock risks. Oversee allocation, replenishment, and stock transfers between channels to optimize inventory efficiency. Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth product flow and fulfillment.Digital Operations & Optimization
Partner with Brandsite, Platforms and Digital marketing teams to enhance product visibility and conversion. Manage pricing, promotions, and discount setups, ensuring accuracy and execution across platforms. Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.Cross-functional Collaboration & Vendor Management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including DTC Buying, Category Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Own Retail to drive seamless business operations. Manage Third-party vendors, including eCommerce operators (TP), packaging, and logistics partners, to optimize performance and execution. Align with regional/global teams to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and business strategies.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong eCommerce merchandising expertise with a data-driven approach. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive business decisions. Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools. Strong communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams. Passion for sports as well as sports fashion
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, buying, or planning. Proven track record in driving online sales and inventory optimization. Experience in working with regional/global teams in a fast-paced retail environment. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
