Your Key Responsibilities Definition of digital prerequisits for the Europe region's defined business targets in consultation with the functions Further develop the function, ensure resources (budget, personnel) Ensure a market-leading digital business setup for the division's relevant business processes in the Europe region with end-to-end process responsibility Portfolio management incl. prioritization and coordination of all the division's digitalization and IT transformation initiatives in Europe in consultation with VLS HQ Define digital solutions for relevant business processes Define digital solutions specifically for Europe , in particular data analytics & RPA Dotted and solid line management of Digital Transformation and Services Ensure that Corporate Governance is implemented and compliance with laws, guidelines and standards is ensured within area of responsibility

 

Digitalization Strategy

 

Determination of the status quo, target, and transformation strategy from a business and IT perspective with a strong focus on customer benefits Providing strategic consultation to persons responsible for the VLS regions and functions in the division in Europe with regard to the future structuring of the business  Monitoring of strategic digitalization initiatives in consultation with all relevant stakeholders for the Europe region and VLS HQ Using the potential for the digitalization of business models, leveraging the potential for sales and efficiency, and further developing the customer experience

 

Future-oriented business processes & change management

 

Consultation with regard to business concept development and process definition Standardization and new development of business processes in collaboration with VLS HQ Support with the definition of business requirements for software solutions Change management for the successful implementation in the department Your Qualifications A degree in an engineering discipline, business information systems management, computer engineering or computer science with an additional business qualification or a degree in business studies with a focus on IT Many years of wide-ranging professional and management experience (min. 5-10 years) Many years of experience in the transformation of business processes Experience in the digitalization and development of business models and plans Experience in the implementation of IT projects with a focus on software development and digital services Professional experience with a global horizon and intercultural expertise Management expertise that goes beyond jobholder’s own specialist area Ability to present and negotiate in fluent English Experience in the use of agile methods (e.g. SCRUM / Kanban) Valid work permit for Czech Republic We Offer 30 vacation days per year MultiSport card including employer's contribution Cafeteria System (edenred) including 20.000 CZK per calendar year Daily meal allowance of 90 CZK Employer contribution of up to 50.000 CZK per calendar year to the employee's pension scheme Salary compensation during ilness, according to company policy Company laptop and phone Hybrid Working
