We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager CRMU - HASE_CRMU WPB NFR UTILITY

Principal responsibilities

Play a key function of the CRMU to support in identifying and containing financial crime risks; deter, detect and protect the Bank from financial crime risks.The managerial coverage to HASE WPB.Provide support to strategic projects to meet the business requirement and BAU.Giving people the authority, resources and guidance to make informed decisions.Providing responsibilities to direct reports, giving them direction and authority to carry them out.Gathering information about work activities, checking on the quality of the work produced and evaluating the performance of individuals and the effectiveness of all elements of the team and the wider unit.Maintain and develop positive and professional working relationships with senior business managers across HASE.Motivate teams working in a challenging operational environment.Create an environment for the delivery of consistent performance measurement, training, career management and succession planning across CRMU.
