The Sales Manager 1 in Merchant Services will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base for our merchant services portfolio. This role will involve understanding merchants' requirements and offering customized solutions to meet their payment processing needs. The sales manager will lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets by developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of payment processing, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a sales team.

The Sales Manager 1 will report to the Senior Sales Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to merchants while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
