What Will You Be Doing?
Design, implement and administer compensation and benefit programs, policies and procedures for Frontier Airlines. Manage day-to-day administration of Frontier Compensation and Benefits Teams including: salary administration, position evaluation process, HRIS management related to compensation. Research and recommend compensation initiatives to maintain a competitive posture in the marketplace. Oversee participation in regional and industry-specific salary surveys and compensation programs. Design, implement and administer employee benefits strategy and programs for Frontier Airlines in alignment with the benefits broker. Manage day-to-day administration of Frontier benefit programs and services including retirement plans, welfare plans, and any third-party Benefits Resource Center. Research and implement additional employee benefits to maintain a competitive posture in the marketplace.
Essential Functions
Research and recommend to Senior Management the annual Corporate Compensation Study and Budget Develop and maintain Compensation Guidelines and ensure communication to the organization. Assist Finance with the annual corporate budgeting process and provide management with effective salary administration tools. Manage the position evaluation process for Frontier Airlines. Manage the day-to-day salary administration function including annual merit and structure increases and PAF processing. Ensure Compensation Guidelines are enforced and administered equitably. Research and implement variable pay, geographic and competency premiums and incentive programs. Prepare and manage to annual departmental and functional budgets, including the merit increase process. Act as benefits SME on implementation of corporate HRIS systems or current system enhancements. Research, design, and implement employee benefits plans and programs that will attract and retain employees and enhance Frontier’s competitive position in the marketplace. Develop and manage existing and new benefits and services within approved budgets. Ensure benefit and wellness plans remain competitive and cost effective through plan design, management, and vendor selection. Ensures compliance and prepares all necessary filings such as plan documents, Summary Plan Descriptions of Material Modifications, and the 5500’s (Health Plan and the Retirement Plan). Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and regulatory agencies and regulations (ERISA, COBRA, HIPPA, etc.)Other Functions

Undergraduate degree in business-related field or equivalent business experience required 3 - 5 years of corporate compensation and benefits experience, most recently in at least a senior staff position. Experience with an airline preferred.
