Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Division in SEA/Oceania/Middle East/Africa (SOMA) region.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tAccountable for total Cobot sales in the SEA/Oceania/Middle East/Africa (SOMA).•\tOpen new channels and sell to distributors, Cobot experts, and small machine builders.•\tSupport and grow Cobot know-how within new channels.•\tManage and evaluate performance of distributors and new channels.•\tConduct Cobot demonstrations for customers.•\tAssist sales teams with Cobot presentations and proposals.•\tPromote partnerships with ecosystem partners.•\tPropose and support marketing campaigns.•\tManage Cobot leads and follow up.•\tMonitor and record Cobot pipeline.•\tManage channel conflicts.•\tRepresent Cobot sales at events and in media.•\tEnsure price consistency across channels.•\tGather market intelligence on competitors.
Qualifications for the role\tDriven and Proactive individual comfortable with opening doors to new customers.\tBachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred).\t5 years of relevant industry sales or related experience in robotics and automation.\tStrong technical and application knowledge in robotics, with some hands-on experience being a plus.\tExperience in coaching, motivating, and developing sales personnel to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
