We are looking for a dedicated Manager Clinical Pharmacy Member Support like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** **Position Summary:** The Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Member Support is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing organizational plans to support growth in the non-acute GPO space. This role involves optimizing the current GPO contract portfolio, implementing product standardization plans, and collaborating with the HealthTrust contracting team to drive strategic sourcing initiatives. The manager will build strategic alliances with key stakeholders and lead the non-acute Pharmacy Advisory Board (PAB). **Major Responsibilities:** + Provide leadership in expense management and clinical alignment to support the facility’s non-acute strategic plan. + Develop and lead the non-acute pharmacy advisory board. + Analyze and interpret financial and clinical data to make strategic recommendations for pharmaceutical savings and clinical standardization. + Assist the Director of Non-Acute Member Support with quarterly business reviews. + Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clinicians, physicians, supply chain, and hospital leadership. + Continuously improve customer solutions related to pharmacy services savings and clinical alignment. + Provide educational opportunities to customers about the expense management program. + Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within the facility, corporate pharmacy services, HealthTrust, Supply Chain, and Regional Value Analysis Teams. + Assist in developing slides for routine member calls. + Provide cost-saving strategies for the pharmacy services line. + Develop standardized documents and processes to quantify savings solutions. + Utilize software skills with data warehouse and/or Microstrategy. + Analyze data to identify pharmacy gaps for AdvantageTrust members. + Work with AdvantageTrust team, suppliers, and wholesalers to ensure eligibility recognition and appropriate price loading. + Support onboarding of new members. + Direct multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Develop project plans for major and complex projects. + Facilitate customer teams to build consensus and implement contracts. + Demonstrate knowledge of clinical practice standards and hospital pharmacy services to identify cost savings opportunities. + Provide effective communication to various stakeholders, from executives to staff. **Requirements for this role:** + Post graduate Pharmacy degree, required. + Min of 5 years in healthcare related role with experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified (or) a second-year pharmacy residency in a relevant field of practice, required. + Clinical experience in an acute care and non-acute care setting, preferred. + Previous supply chain, value analysis, purchased services and/or sourcing that includes pharmacy service line is preferred. + Advanced computer skills with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, preferred.
