· Preferably knowledge of existing and emerging cell technology like PERC, TOPCON, HJT. · Responsible for Proper Manpower Planning in Cell Line area for smooth and safe operation. · Responsible for maintaining discipline in chemical handling/draining / treatment · Leading role along with Process/quality department for implementing new/Improved process  · Ensuring day wise & shift wise delivery volume of tools to meet ABP targets. · Scheduling various training on chemical handling and safety norms to operators and team members. · Close Cooperation with maintenance team to reduce Breakdown & increase UP TIME. · Monthly WIP & Shop floor inventory analysis and corrective measures. · Responsible for Chemical Distribution System operation & compliance as per safety and EHS norms. · Responsible for QMS in Compliance with ISO 9000:2008, ISO 14001, OHAS :18001IEC 61215, STQC, JET, JIS. · Implementation of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S,3M, JIT, Suggestion Scheme, OEE, TPM, SMED Systems on Production Floor.
