Mission \: 

Realize the Industrial Automation of the machine as per the technical files meeting the Safety , Quality , Cost and Delivery

Master the Product testing , criticality involved to ensure as per IMR ( Industrial Mandatory Requirement )

Lead the parameter setting activity in the test benches to deliver quality product.

Interact with all stakeholders – Design ,Assembly , Process teams to understand the technical needs and realize PLC, HMI, NI Labview ,Vision, Robot Offline & Online Programming.

Load ,test , Prove-out , Qualify the Testers /machines.

Installation and commissioning and qualification at Schneider Plants , Supplier if needed.

Complete the required documentation and handover the machines to the respective departments.

Monitor the performance of the running machines during the observation period and lead the corrective actions

Offer technical support to resolve problems in running machines.

 Attend to service calls on need basis
