In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Settlement of Component and System assembly in line with quality and delivery dates Ensure a psychological safe environment to optimize the collaboration and development in the team Detailed planning and monitoring of customer orders  Development of performance, including flexibility and competence of employers Develop proposals for rationalization and optimization Budget Responsibility Ensure full utilization of resources / capacity

    For This Role, You Will Need: Engineering technician or similar Some years of experience in planning, production management and assembly manager.
Experienced Lean facilitator.
 
  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Writes and speaks English, Danish.
