Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Art Director
Genpact is in a unique place today. We design, transform, and run intelligent operations, with digital and analytics embedded at every step. And our deep expertise in running thousands of processes for Fortune 500 companies brings immense credibility in the depth of our understanding of our clients’ businesses. Combining the two creates a compelling proposition to take to market. This role will have the unique ability to land that proposition on a large scale – in a manner that touches all our existing as well as prospective clients with the expectation that we push the boundaries way beyond what’s being done (in pitches and proposals by other similar organizations). Our experience demonstrates that advanced business processes and operations can generate material impact. They help our clients control cost and capital intensity, strengthen market engagement, support organizational transformation, and manage risk and compliance. In doing so, they make our clients more competitive. It is this focus that has enabled us to transform the business process services space in only a few years.
But why should clients choose Genpact? Because we think with design. Solve problems with data. Dream in digital. Obsess over operations and sweat the small stuff.
