Key Responsibilities: Directs the activity of flight attendant scheduling at the system Operations Control CenterOversee and manage all aspects of the Inflight Crew Scheduling functionsResponsible for the planning and control of all crew scheduling functions in a 24/7, 365-day-a-year operation Coordinates and communicates with other operating groups within the NOCEnsures contractual interpretations and scheduling practices are administered consistently and cost effectivelyAdministers policies, systems, cost management, staffing and business procedures consistent with company and government regulations and flight attendant union agreementsMonitors performance against forecast and initiates action to control adverse trendsFunctions as a liaison with bases and other departments with the NOC, fostering open communication and modeling teamwork through cross-functional working relationshipsMaintains productive relationships with the flight attendant union representatives, and gains clarity on agreements to provide long term solutions to problems Leads a team of scheduling shift supervisors, senior schedulers and schedulersDevelops employees and encourages positive employee engagementFind your future at United We’re reinventing what our industry looks like, and what an airline can be – from the planes we fly to the people who fly them.
