Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).Relevant years of LD experience, with relevant years in leadership roles.Expertise in instructional design and eLearning tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record in driving large-scale learning programs.Certifications in leadership or learning technologies.

Key Skills and Attributes:

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.Proficiency in LMS platforms and advanced data analytics.
