The Site Manager will be responsible for the following:

Leading and coordinating all on-site activities, including construction, installation Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times Overseeing project timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion Managing site budgets, resources, and procurement processes Developing and implementing strategies to optimize site performance and efficiency Leading, mentoring, and developing on-site personnel to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution Providing regular updates and reports on site operations to senior management Identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles to ensure project success Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, local communities, and regulatory bodies

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech- Civil/ Electrical

Experience: 13-16 Years
