Overview Come join the Modern Analytics Platform (MAP) team, where we are building the next generation platform for Analysts, with an AI first approach. As a Senior Program Manager for MAP, you will be responsible for driving multi-year and cross-functional initiatives in support of MAP goals and program maturity, from requirements to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects, as well as a deep understanding of program management methodologies and best practices, as well as familiarity with Analytics workflows. What you'll bring + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA a plus + 5+ years of program or project management experience + Proficient with MS Office or Google Suite (documents, spreadsheets, presentations) + Excellent written and verbal and communication skills + Superb organizational skills and can demonstrate successful management of multiple projects at a time, delivering quality outcomes tied to business outcomes + Sought after strategic partner, able to build and nurture strong relations and influence broadly + Experienced leader who defines the strategy and drives outcomes for a portfolio of programs or a large-scale, complex project/program/process across multiple organizations. How you will lead + Lead the implementation and support of learning programs for the Analytics community, and measurement frameworks to track program success. + Lead creation and implementation of frameworks to measure and promote adoption of paved path capabilities for Analysts. + Partner, educate, roadshow and promote paved path capabilities for the Analyst community + Manage communications regarding project management practices that create clear, concise requirements in project functionality, resourcing, budget and timing. + Organize and co-ordinate creation of operational playbooks and processes for key analytics workflows such as metrics stewardship, BI platform governance, Experimentation, Data prep, Operational excellence of tools. + You are a change management leader who can build persuasive business case and have proven track record for driving organization transformation + Direct and provide support, direction, and functional expertise to the project team. You are comfortable with organizational variability and are effective at building deep relationships across the analytics community + You are able to drive Analyst Adoption & Literacy. Specifically enabling the team branding with testimonials for paved path impact, driving 100% awareness, streamlined onboarding and support and develop a clear contribution model + Operational processes strategy. You are able to define a process, own and federate processes and able to move with needle with Metrics stewardship Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: Mountain View, CA $154,000- $208,500 San Diego, CA $137,500- $186,000This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits (https://www.intuit.com/careers/benefits/full-time-employees/) ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
