RTX is seeking a Sub-Regional Facility Manager to join the Enterprise Services - Real Estate Solutions team. This position will report to the Sub-regional Facility Lead and be part of the Facilities Management (FM) Centre of Excellence (COE).

Support facility professionals across the sub-region in partnership with the Global Facilities COE and BRMS.Support the Sub-regional Lead to maintain all Building Operations and Maintenance including plumbing, utility, mechanical, HVAC, fire safety. Responsible to Sub-Regional Lead for oversight and management of site services including Food Services (Cafeteria, Catering, Vending), Site Services including custodial services, landscaping, snow removal, pest control, furniture moves. Support a large, dispersed organization consisting of complex bargaining agreements.Support Sub-regional Lead in implementation of COE strategies including service levels, selection of service providers, processes, tools, or automation / digital evolution.Maintain and continuously improve the efficiency of your sub-regional FM activities, with a focus on an exceptional customer experience, including people, process, and systems.Ensure local, sub-regional, and all federal safety and facilities compliance for all sub-regional sites.Ensure compliance with companywide energy & sustainability goals such as becoming carbon neutral, reducing waste, and sustainability; this also includes developing and integrating ESG practices in the workplace.Partner with EHSS to administer environmental and safety programs and maintain incident reporting system.Work cross-functionally with relevant functions including but not limited to DT, Security, HR, FIN, EHS and Logistics.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, Operation or a related discipline and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience.Facilities experience including Facilities Management, Facility Operations, Project Management, or Maintenance.

Outstanding interpersonal skills, communication and the ability to interact with middle levels of management. Ability to communicate concepts, procedures, and systems needed clearly to all levels of the organization.Strong relationship management skills along with experience and success working with an outsourced service provider and managing third party vendors. Demonstrated ability to gain stakeholder alignment along with the ability to manage multiple competing initiatives.Strong understanding of Program and Project management, including risk, schedule and budget management.Possess excellent management and leadership skills and the ability to motivate and work with and through others to achieve desired results along with experience leading cross-business, cross-functional teams and external partners.Financial management experience including the ability to develop and execute against project schedules. Strong analytical skills to include the ability to synthesize large quantities of data and develop recommendation that will drive continuous improvement.
