Job Description
Overview:We are seeking a Marketing Manager: Social Media to develop, execute, and manage innovative social media strategies across multiple platforms. The role aims to enhance OM Personal Finance's brand awareness, consideration, audience engagement, and customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize, plan, and implement social media campaigns to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, consideration, acquisition, and retention.Develop and curate compelling and effective content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, targeting both end consumers and industry professionals.Manage the social media accounts of PF executives and distribution channels including post scheduling, message monitoring, and community management.Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deliver creative, platform-specific campaigns.Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all social media channels by working closely with internal teams.Analyze campaign performance using social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Stay informed of emerging social media trends, tools, and applications to maintain a cutting-edge approach.Conduct industry research to identify growth opportunities and inform strategies.Proofread and edit social media content for accuracy, grammar, and brand alignment.Support multimedia needs by assisting with video editing and photography.Required Skills:
Proven experience in managing social media platforms, preferably within the financial services industry.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Comprehensive knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices.Proficiency in social media management tools.Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, with experience in e-commerce and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities.Attention to detail and strategic thinking to drive measurable results.Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across various teams and stakeholders.Demonstrated success in growing social media presence and engagement.Experience managing creative agencies and suppliersSelf-motivated with excellent time management skills.Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Business Commerce, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in Brand & Marketing, Social Media, or Communication-related roles.Proven expertise in Social Media Service/Community Management, Brand and Reputation Management, and other relevant areas.What We’re Looking For:
