As a Manager, Workforce Planning & Operations, you will support the team that's helping hotels consistently grow market share and outperform competitors. On the Workforce Planning & Operations team reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning and Business Operations, you will work on projects including supporting the capacity forecast for RMCC and SLMS, monthly operational reviews, the hotel assignments process, and build out and release management of technology solutions aimed to enhance current operational processes.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nDevelop a capacity forecast for multiple service models that include existing headcount, assigned and upcoming hotels, and anticipated risk or favorability in capacity. \nSupport the hotel assignment process, using anti-trust best practices, known scheduling constraints, and collaborating with the portfolio’s leader on any special support needs.\nCollect data from a variety of sources, including RMCC leaders, Human Resources, and Recruiting. Analyze the data to make recommendations to Senior leadership for short and long-term operational planning.\nConduct macroeconomic research on developing trends as it relates to short-term and long-term workforce planning and use it to influence the people forecast and hiring decisions.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nCollaborate with RMCC Enablement, Human Resources, and Recruiting partners to plan for future hiring and coordinate logistics on current and upcoming postings.\nFacilitation of operational recruiting, capacity, and hotel placement meetings to align team members, gather information, and escalate areas of risk.\nConsult on the use of software and enhance capabilities to improve efficiencies in capacity forecasting and assignment business processes.\n\nWhat projects you will take ownership of:
\n\nMonthly operational recruiting, capacity, and hotel placement meetings to align team members and escalate areas of risk.\nEnsure data accuracy and cleanliness across multiple platforms (Salesforce, UAP, Informatica) and reports.\nProduce accurate and intuitive reporting that supports Senior Leadership decision-making.\nConsult with cross-functional teams and outside vendors to implement new technology solutions to improve efficiencies in capacity forecasting, portfolio management, business processes, and overall operational effectiveness.\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nFive (5) years of work experience in Hospitality, Revenue Management, Sales, or related field.\nThree (3) years of professional experience in an analytical role\nExpert in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite with experience writing advanced formulas\nExperience working within time constraints and managing concurrent demands\nEffective communication of complex analyses to different audiences\nHigh level of integrity in handling confidential information\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nBA/BS/Bachelor's Degree\nOperational workforce planning experience\nAdvanced skills in analytical, quantitative, and statistical methods\nUnderstanding of Revenue Management and Sales Principles\nTwo (2) years of experience working in Salesforce\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
