Job Description

Responsible for leading a team of support bankers, ensuring they provide efficient and effective support to the Enterprise Multi-Channel and Portfolio segment teams by understanding client priorities. This role involves overseeing end-to-end people management practices, ensuring high-risk routine compliance, and enhancing the overall client experience

Qualifications

Qualification Required:

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Licenses & Certifications:

FAIS Representative (Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act) certification, especially in regions where this is a regulatory requirement.Certifications in Risk Management, Credit Analysis, or Financial Services could be beneficial.Certified Banking Professional (CBP) or similar certifications are often an added advantage.

Experience Required:

Enterprise Direct PropositionsBusiness & Commercial Banking5-7 years of experiencePrevious experience in leading teams, with a strong background in risk and credit management
