Manager, Strategy and Global Allocation

**How You Will Make a Difference**
+ **Collaborate with Development Operations and Cross-functional teams** to execute a comprehensive allocation approach that considers vendor capacity, performance, duty optimization, materials availability, risk mitigation, and vendor capabilities.
+ **Support the global allocation leadership team** to establish a 3-year allocation plan and to execute pre-season and in-season allocation.
+ **Collaborate with the Planning team** to streamline forecasting processes and ensure capacity alignment and efficient resource utilization.
+ **Partner with Global Materials Supply and Costing teams** to improve synergy between fabric/trims and garment sourcing.
+ **Support other strategic initiatives** such as vendor-led programs, and speed-to-market solutions, etc.
+ **Drive fact-based decision making** by presenting data findings effectively, using storytelling and visualization techniques to articulate complex information in a clear and impactful way.
**Skills for Success**
**Professional experience:** 5 years in supply chain, strategic analytics related fields.
**Educational requirements:** Academic degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

+ **Effective communication skills** , with experience influencing global stakeholders and capable of delivering compelling presentations and facilitating discussions with senior leaders.
+ **Strong business acumen** with an understanding of global trends impacting sourcing and supply chain strategies.
+ **Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools** (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Power Query) to inform and communicate sourcing decisions.
+ **An effective team player** , fostering collaborative and high-performing working relationships with stakeholders.
+ **Growth mindset** with a passion for driving positive change and encouraging curiosity across teams.
+ **Knowledge of apparel development processes** and experience in managing diverse product portfolios is a plus.
