Job Description

To design, structure, and execute bespoke home loan and complex lending solutions for Signature-level clients within the affluent segment. This role will act as a balance sheet specialist, working in partnership with Private Bankers to unlock tailored credit solutions, provide strategic lending advice, and enable holistic wealth creation through smart gearing strategies.

 

 

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree (NQF7)
Field of Study: Finance, Accounting, Economics or related

Regulatory certifications (e.g. RE5, FAIS compliant) advantageous

7+ years’ experience in credit structuring, complex lending, or private client lendingProven track record in deal origination, structuring, and execution for Wealth clientsDeep knowledge of credit policies, deal origination, execution, and legal frameworksExposure to multi-entity ownership structures (e.g. trusts, companies, joint ventures)Strong understanding of affluent and Signature client needs and the ability to position lending as part of a wealth strategy
