Job Description:

Your Day To Day

Guide and mentor a team of Android and iOS developers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.

Conduct evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team and individual progress.

Manage the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Cultivate a high-performing team culture that encourages collaboration with product managers, designers, and QA teams.

Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible, lead code reviews, and oversee architectural discussions to uphold high code quality standards.

Communicate effectively about project statuses, risks, and issues with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

Advocate for best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability, fostering an environment open to questioning and innovative ideas.

​What do you need to bring?

8+ years in software development with a minimum of 2 years leading a mobile development team.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Proven leadership experience with strong skills in managing teams, problem-solving

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing and aligning team

Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
