Manager, SAP Analytics Cloud
**RWE Clean Energy, LLC** **To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent** **Functional area:** Finance / Controlling **Remuneration:** Exempt The **Manager, SAP Analytics Cloud** working closely with Controlling, IT, other business areas and external consultants to develop, implement, and manage financial planning systems in SAC. **Role Responsibilities:** + As part of the “Controlling Processes and Operations” department located in Germany lead the collaboration with and between Controlling, other business stakeholders and IT teams onsight in the US to design and deliver financial planning and reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and potentially other related tools + Lead analyzing business processes and business requirements as well as translating them into implementation-ready technical specifications to ultimately enhance data-driven decision-making within the business + Lead system enhancements and provide creative and innovative technical solutions to optimize financial processes and further leverage SAC for process improvements both as part of regular operations and agile development projects + Design, implement, configure, and maintain data models, dashboards, stories and analytics in SAC in close collaboration with stakeholders to meet business needs and support financial planning and reporting activities + Lead and organize testing of changes to models, dashboards, stories and analytics in SAC + As per agreed service model and task split ensure reliable and high-quality operations and run of already developed solutions in SAC in close collaboration with all other involved parties + Provide training/ consultancy and ensure documentation is in place for testing, changes and support + Support the development of and promote data governance best practices + Contribute to the development of the overall analytics strategy by staying up-to-date on the latest technology and SAC developments **Job Requirements and Experiences:** + Bachelors degree required; Master’s degree preferred + Minimum 8 years of experience in financial systems, controlling or accounting + Minimum 3 years of experience with development, implementation and operations of state-of-the-art data warehousing and reporting tools thereof as much as possible with the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) + At least three years of experience with development, implementation and operations of SAP S4/HANA and BW + Strong understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence, financial planning and analytics concepts, products and processes as well as willingness to continuously improve them further + Is detail-oriented, has strong business acumen, and a sound understanding of business concepts + Strong interpersonal skills with ability to sustainably manage customer relationships + Proven ability to empathize, build relationships, and effectively communicate with people from a diverse set of backgrounds + Strong organization and project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables including delegation to other both internal and external parties + Motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities who is used to work both independently and as part of a team + Responds well to direction, is easy to challenge and develop, and is coachable + Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams + Demonstrated desire to learn about our company and the renewables space + German language skills are an advantage + This position is an office-based role conforming to RWECE return-to-office policies, currently at least three days per week in office, with some travel and visits to other RWECE office and field locations **Pay range:** The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois is $109,600 - $164,400. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations.
