What Are We Looking For
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience.
2-3 years in B2B sales management with Sales Operations or Sales Enablement experience.
Proven track record of influencing Sales Leaders and executives.
Ability to lead and mentor sales teams, provide coaching, and inspire performance improvement.
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in sales tools and systems, with the ability to train and convey their value.
