The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales driven SDR’s who are responsible for outbound prospecting to qualify opportunities and generate revenue for Achievers.
Reporting to the Head of Global Sales Development, you will be responsible for people management, sales coaching, and monitoring key performance indicators for the SDR team. Using your previous experience in achieving lead generation targets, motivating teams, and driving development.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, regional sales leaders, and enablement teams to build a strategy for your team to not only identify new opportunities, but to develop the skillset of your team to become the salespeople of tomorrow.
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth Sales Development department within an emerging HR Technology market to lead a team that is critical to the growth of Achievers.Responsibilities:Manage/coach a team of SDRs to generate new qualified opportunities for the Account Executive teamDevelop your team’s skills for prospecting, qualifying and opportunity creationProvide regular coaching, feedback, and professional developmentManage daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the team to ensure quotas are achievedProvide reporting on lead volume statistics, lead pipeline, conversions and sales opportunities generatedClosely monitor metrics against goals and call out any issues with a proactive solution if issues are identifiedWork collaboratively with local and global stakeholders to ensure tools, systems, processes, and strategies are aligned, including KPI tracking, dashboards and supporting tech stackQualifications:1-2 years' experience directly leading a team of SDR’s (growth-stage experience highly preferred), ideally from a SaaS backgroundExperience as a quota achieving SDR, having worked in an inbound and/or outbound sales development role with a proven track record of creating repeatable pipelineData driven - driving the team to keep on top of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly targetsStrong executive presence and the ability to maintain confidentiality and business ethicsExcellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skillsExpert in using and other sales tools/products to drive productivityProven ability to effectively hire and train new team membersGrowth Mindset, a desire to bring out the best in your teams#LI-RI1
