The Manager Sales Associates is responsible for leading a team to accelerate sales opportunities through long term opportunity nurture. This position will lead the strategic direction for the team in order to drive opportunities for sales pipeline conversion.

What you will be doing Manage, motivate and lead team members to drive activities for sales pipeline conversionOversee assigned quarterly targets for opportunity creation and ensure practices are in place to achieve goalsPartner closely with global programs and sales teams to ensure smooth, agreed upon transition of opportunitiesUtilize and educate on best practices regarding opportunity nurturing activities including, but not limited to, relevant industry content and messagingUtilize and update internal systems for day-to-day work to gather intelligence and maintain a complete, accurate view of the prospect’s stage in the sales processEnsure accuracy in pipeline and forecast reporting through CRMCritically and consistently evaluate effectiveness of team efforts; lead process improvement initiatives to develop and innovate the team to align to revenue goalsWork with sales leadership on pipeline transition, review, and reengagementConduct both internal and external training related to best practices for opportunity engagement and nurtureManage individual HR issues, reviews and compensation plansManage staffing requirements including candidate review, interviewing and hiring processEngage in development of team members to ensure they form a foundation of knowledge and practices that will allow them to advance in their career What will make you successful Enlgish language fluency is required.
