HR Analytics:Develop a strategic roadmap for the Analytics & Governance vertical within the Employee Experience Tower.Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports to efficiently communicate data insights.Collaborate with HRBPs, Employee Experience team, and Business Leaders to identify essential metrics and performance indicators.Conduct in-depth analysis, identifying trends and recommending improvements.Provide data-driven strategies to optimize HR programs and initiatives.Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable reports for customers.HR Operations & Governance:Co-manage the strategic and operational excellence of the Employee Experience Tower.Handle service quality and ensure effective relationships with outsourcing service providers.Drive process documentation, automation, and transformation efforts.Team Management:Lead and mentor a small team of HR analytics professionals, encouraging a collaborative and results-oriented environment.Focus on upskilling team members in advanced analytics and HR technology.Set clear goals and performance metrics, offering regular feedback.Encourage a data-driven mentality within the team to solve complex HR challenges.Top Accountabilities:Data-Driven Decision Making:Use analytics to drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency within the HR function.High-Quality Data Visualization:
Very strong data visualization, dashboarding and presentation skillsInnovation in Analytics & Reporting:
Continuously improve report accuracy and usability, moving towards predictive analytics.Customer Engagement:
Build positive relationships with customers across regions, delivering valuable insights.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree with 10-12 years of experience in HR Analytics & Governance.5-6 years of experience in HR Analytics, focusing on descriptive to prescriptive reporting.Consistent track record of leading and improving Workday Operations and Reporting.Experience in Project Management or HR Transformation projects.Six Sigma knowledge for process improvement is a plus.Experience building a BI platform for regional or global colleagues.Proficiency in HR tools like Workday HCM, ServiceNow, Avature, etc.Skills and Proficiencies:Data Analytics & Visualization:
Proficiency in crafting insightful reports and dashboards.Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics:
Ability to extend analysis beyond descriptive insights.Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement:
