Manager, Regulatory, Product & Sales Compliance
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Manager to join our high performing team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of compliance experience, preferably in the insurance industry. This role is to ensure that our company adheres to all regulatory requirements and maintains the highest standards of compliance.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide compliance support for the Regulatory, Product & Sales Compliance team, specializing in regulatory, product and sales process review;
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures;
Conduct reviews of insurance product materials to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards;
Review and provide compliance advice and clearance for business initiatives, projects and marketing campaigns;
Support execution of new guidelines, legislative and regulatory changes, corporate policies / programs;
Prepare/review ongoing compliance reports;
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance;
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory developments.
Required Qualifications:
Degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other relevant discipline;
Not less than 4 years’ compliance / regulatory related experience, preferably within the insurance industry; and
Experience in dealing with regulators, such as the Insurance Authority and Securities and Futures Commission, preferred but not necessary.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both spoken and written;
Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
Willing to accept challenges and able to adapt to changes;
Good product knowledge of life insurance business preferred
