/Manage/Motivate a team of PE fund accountants

DO: (Job Description)

Ensure all the SLAs for daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly activities are met.Lead/Manage/Motivate a team of PE fund accountantsResponsible for making sure that all activities (booking of daily journal entries, management fee calculation, accrued expenses reimbursement calculations, valuation of investments, financial/investor report preparation and adhoc reporting) of ongoing service delivery worked smoothly and result in high quality service for the client.Assist in resolving breaks and in preparation of cash projections or wiresAssist in setting up of the Fund and its investments/AIVs/Partners in the systemCalculate fees and prepare NAV packProcess capital calls and distributions; prepare waterfall filePrepare and issue Partners’ capital statement (PCAP)Prepare of financial statements (FS) as per US GAAP/IFRSHandling audit / investors’ queries in timely mannerPrepare ad hoc / customized reports for fund or investorsProvide training to new joiner

Display: (Desired Skills)

MBA/ CA/ Graduate with 8-12 years relevant Fund Accounting experience.Sound analytical skills; team playerGood financial product and financial reporting knowledgeSound accounting knowledgeGood communication skills; client orientationProficient in Microsoft excel, word and power point

Zero issues in setting up the fund and its static dataZero breaks on NAV date.
