As a key player, you will lead all aspects of planning and implementing vital transition, migration, process improvement, automations, system implementations, and other change and transformation programs. You will coordinate project portfolios, ensuring the flawless delivery of portfolio goals, while collaborating with a wide range of partners. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and manage the execution of transition, migration, process improvement, automation, and system implementation projects. + Coordinate project portfolios, ensuring the successful delivery of portfolio goals. + Coordinate and supervise crucial program achievements, ensuring all objectives are met. + Collaborate with a wide range of partners within and outside of Global Business Services to ensure a coordinated approach. + Develop and maintain detailed project plans, highlighting key achievements, prioritisation, and risk mitigation strategies. + Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to collaborators. + Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. + Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. **Required Qualifications** + Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a shared services environment. + Outstanding project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing complex projects. + Strong understanding of transition, migration, process improvement, and system implementation. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proficiency in project management software and tools. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. + PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in a global business services environment. + Knowledge of automation tools and techniques. + Proficiency in English and Hungarian.
