Condé Nast is seeking a Manager of Programmatic Accounts who will collaborate and partner with the Digital, Sales and PMY (Pricing, Monetization and Yield) teams to drive and grow programmatic deal revenue across Condé Nast properties, inclusive of both display and video products. Sitting within the Commercial Revenue Organization, this role is fundamental in shaping Condé Nast’s programmatic deals business, providing clients and sales teams with programmatic strategies, managing deals, and optimizing to reach max revenue potential. As a Manager of Programmatic Accounts, you will assist our sales organization and drive revenue across Conde Nast’s programmatic products working directly with our strategic key accounts including buyers at agencies, client direct, and DSPs to activate demand

  Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Conde Nast’s programmatic partners’ day-to-day contact providing superior customer service leading to revenue retention, growth, and renewals

Be responsible for all non-guaranteed deal setup, optimizations, reporting, and daily management in our SSPs

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive programmatic advertising revenue growth in alignment with company goals and objectives

Understand how to leverage all programmatic strategies and platforms, including, but not limited to, the use of 1st party data

Collaborate with internal sales teams on pre-sale pitches and RFIs 

Serve as internal and external programmatic campaign consultant, educating clients and agencies on products, solutions and best practices—ultimately grow existing business partnership

Qualifications

4+ years' experience in digital account management, with at least 2 years in the programmatic ecosystem

Deep understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem, technologies, and platforms (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges).

Proven track record of growing accounts by forging strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending best strategies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience working with major programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk) is highly desirable.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $90,000-$130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.

In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
