As part of the Integrated Air Data Systems department, you will have a direct hand in devising and executing product strategies for the most advanced air data solutions in the world. **What You Will Do:** The Product Value Stream Leader (VSL) is accountable for the full lifecycle of products in the Integrated Air Data Systems (IADS) product portfolio. This includes pursuit and capture, design and development, on-time delivery, service/support, and long-term strategic business plans. The VSL drives strategic planning efforts, is the lead function accountable for the business success, and serves as the face of the organization to multiple clients and customers. They are responsible for the successful execution of programs to meet strategic goals and maintains associated measures of success. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
