Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential._ **Title and Summary** Manager, Product Marketing Overview As a Product Marketing Manager, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that highlight the value and features of our products. The selected candidate will craft various types of written content such as FAQs, tooltips, slide decks, web copy, case studies, marketing campaigns, blog posts, and event materials to communicate key product messages clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. A secondary expertise in graphic design will be essential in creating visually appealing and impactful assets to support your copy. Role Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content, including but not limited to: Product FAQs, help articles, and knowledge base content. Tooltips and in-app messaging that guide users effectively. Slide decks for internal and external presentations. Web copy for product pages, landing pages, and promotional materials. Case studies, whitepapers, and customer success stories. Blog posts and thought leadership articles on industry trends. Marketing campaigns, email templates, and social media posts. Event materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital assets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure messaging is consistent across all channels and resonates with target audiences. Customer and Market Insights: Use customer feedback, market research, and analytics to inform content strategies and ensure messaging aligns with customer pain points and needs. Content Strategy and Execution: Drive the development of a comprehensive content calendar that supports product launches, updates, and ongoing marketing initiatives. Graphic Design Expertise: Support content creation with basic graphic design skills, such as creating visually appealing infographics, social media posts, slide decks, and marketing materials using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
