About Product Delivery
Product Delivery works to enable and empower the core of Customer Delivery throughout Asia Pacific, by delivering simplified knowledge, know-how, materials, training, and education. Leveraging our strong partnerships across the globe, combined with our subject-matter expertise, we bring insight, experience, and solutions to deliver innovation, and ensuring our products and platforms are ready to deploy at scale. We pride ourselves in being able to take the unknowns head-on in delivering pilot projects and in the execution of complex and strategic programs. Role:
•\tManagement of Product Delivery’s readiness process for new products.
•\tBeing the Product Delivery “subject matter expert” for products and initiatives being managed.
•\tCreating and presenting delivery training material on products and initiatives being managed.
•\tEnsuring that delivery teams are kept up to date on delivery aspects of new products and changes to existing products.
•\tReporting to management on project metrics
•\tIdentifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.
•\tCreating and maintaining product specific product delivery deployment materials

•\tExtensive, proven project management, problem solving and planning skills with a demonstrated record of success managing multiple projects
•\tAbility to identify issues before they develop into problems; proactively resolve issues directly or through escalation to appropriate stakeholders
•\tAbility to quickly grasp new concepts, tools and processes in a dynamic environment
•\tExperience working across multiple levels and functions; able to clearly communicate complex technical and business information in an easy to understand manner
•\tDeep knowledge of Mastercard’s issuing and acquiring dynamics and the payments value chain, with a thorough understanding of all Mastercard products, services, and solutions
