Job Description:
CUSTOMER
Lead a team to achieve business / operational objectives, maintain effective day-to-day operations and deliver quality service and transactionEstablish and provide on-going analysis and reporting as applicable to the business or functional area, and review findings and action plans with business leaders to mitigate and manage key issuesOversight for measuring, analyzing, monitoring, and reportingAct as key liaison with partners and external groups and provide subject matter expertise at the department levelKey escalation points for significant risk/exceptionsMonitor service and control standards against, overall business / department objectivesDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners for the purposes of delivering optimal customer serviceAct as subject matter expert for own area and provide guidance / advice and recommendations to support dealings with internal / external partners Contribute to the analysis, and execution of potential business restructures, acquisitions, joint ventures and /or divestitures within own area of responsibilityManage / coordinate client requests for finance support and/or reports, ensuring that solutions balance and address business partner needs with overall Finance capabilitiesParticipate on internal / external committees as appropriate to provide advice / counsel to business / finance partners and/or represent TDBG interestsSHAREHOLDER
