Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. **_This role will be onsite at a Raytheon facility._** **What You Will Do:** + Perform subcontract management of purchase orders utilizing integrated supply chain models + Preparation of all manner of solicitations including RFQ, RFP, and RFI + Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques + Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms) + Place and Manage Purchase Orders of high dollars and complexity including Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed and Time & Material through the lifecycle of the Purchase Order to include Closeout + Manages escalations and resolution of internal customer and/or supplier issues + Manage financial goals in relation to our subcontract deliveries + Drive the success of meeting business factory MRP + Drive the success for metrics, Late to Place, Late to Dock, Delinquent Material, etc. + Develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements (technical as well as quality) + Travel to RTX and supplier facilities as deemed necessary - typical travel may be quarterly or more **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or similar role + Experience with Supply Chain/Procurement processes, supplier interface and purchase order placement + Experience with SAP/PRISM + The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Demonstrated knowledge / compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or within other heavily regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation or automotive + Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and in an organized manner, with strong customer service focus + Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, Contract Closeout, etc.) + Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Finance or STEM field + Experience in the Aerospace/Defense industry + Ability to analyze Cost and Pricing Data and determine proposal compliance + Ability to understand technical requirements of procured hardware and services including Statements of Work (SOW) + Ability to process information and manage multiple conflicting priorities to drive to successful outcome (i.e., multi-task) **What We Offer:** + Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
