In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and offering tailored services to support the development and submission of combination products. Become a **maker of possible** with us! **Main responsibilities will include:** + Develop and consolidate laboratory services for combination drug product evaluations, including analytical, mechanical, and fill-and-finish activities. + Manage and complete analytical studies on combination products, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. + Lead a team of engineers, ensuring flawless execution of projects and encouraging a collaborative environment. + Validate test methods and implement new service activities aligned with regulatory requirements and strategic roadmaps. + Support the definition, development, and implementation of technical solutions in collaboration with R&D teams. + Propose and formalise tailored test plans to meet client requirements, presenting solutions directly to clients. + Lead training sessions for clients on combination product testing services. + Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational delivery and resolve technical queries efficiently. + Consolidate client project data and provide regular updates to leadership on progress, blockers, and upcoming projects. **About you:** + Hold a degree in Analytical Chemistry, Materials, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Education, or a related field; PhD or Master’s degree is preferred. + Have extensive experience in technical project coordination, product development, or similar client-facing roles. + Experience in combination product development is highly desirable, with a background in formulation science considered a plus. + Leadership experience is desired, with an ability to guide teams and drive project success. + Display remarkable problem-solving skills with a proactive and forward-thinking approach. + Succeed in multicultural, collaborative environments, prioritizing client satisfaction and tangible outcomes. + Fluent in English and French, with strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration in international settings. **Click on apply if this sounds like you!** Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
