Job Description

Visa is seeking a Manager of People Team Audit & Compliance to support audit, risk, and compliance-related matters. The successful candidate will have a passion for improving processes, strong analytical and project management skills, and a natural ability to foster cross-functional relationships. This position will report to the Senior Director of Business Planning, Operations and Governance. 

This is a global position within the People Team Business Planning, Operations and Governance team and is responsible for setting standards, developing foundational processes, and driving operational performance across the People Team.  

Essential Functions 

Partner with multiple functions across the People Team and business to respond to audits, acting as a liaison and project manager to achieve efficient results Support compliance matters across the People Team, in partnership with Legal, by helping the business monitor compliance and build operational excellence Support the Risk function, including leading risk assessments, coordinating quarterly risk reporting and key risk indicator reporting  Drive automation to streamline processes and ensure consistency Create and maintain dashboards to track and report key audit and compliance issues 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,100 to 145,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
