Manager, Partner Development

Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Manager, Partner Development based out of our Eden Prairie, MN office to be part of making this happen.

Position Overview and Objective

Manage a team of Partner Development Representatives responsible for recruitment, enablement, and management of MSP and Solution Provider partners in the region.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Manage the goals, priorities and execution of the Regional PDR Team

Measure and manage performance for the Regional PDR Team

Provide strategic input and serve as an extension of the Channel Leadership Team

Work with Channel Leadership to develop and refine tier 2 partner development and recruitment strategies

Maintain and grow executive relationship with top partners

Collaboration with ACQ Mgmt. and CSM Mgmt. on GTM activities with our partners

Facilitate and enable channel acumen and business acumen with PDR team

Key Skills

Expertise in methods to manage channel partners in a technology environment

Knowledge of on-boarding and enablement activities for successful channel partners

Deep knowledge of software/services ecosystems and competitive environments

Familiarity with CRM and forecasting systems

Strong Negotiation skills

Strong Presentation skills

Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

5+ years of experience in Partner Development, Channel Account Management roles

Strong track record of success in individual contributor role with sales and / or channel experience.

Strong track record in driving results through channel ecosystem and partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

1-2+ years experience in channel leadership roles

Prior sales, channel, or customer development experience

Proven experience of managing channel partners in a technology environment

Experience in facilitating onboarding and enablement activities for channel partners
