The Expertise We’re Looking For

2+ years of management experience, preferably in a service-related roleCall center experience preferredCollege degree or comparable work experienceRole is remote although you are required to live within 60 miles of Omaha, NE

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
