What You Will Get To Do:

Collaborating with developers and QA engineers to conceptualize, enhance and release collateral and treasury softwareConducting quality assurance to ensure that the enhancements meet prescribed guidelinesMaking workflow changes to improve efficiency and success specific to collateral and treasury managementParticipation in meetings regarding the developed and supported productsCommunicating with clients about collateral and treasury initiativesDaily health checks of environments, health monitoringCommunication with clients on timelines and ETA of task completionsLiaise with Development department and business units on the ongoings of technical enhancements for the collateral and treasury workstreamProcess daily OTC Derivative payments via internal payment systemSupport Account managers in rolling out new operational processesPerform other collateral and treasury administration projects as assignedMaintain corporate collateral policies and procedures and ensure that compliance is maintained.Keeps current with market trends and demands.Performs other functionally related duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Accounting  10+ years working experience working for an investment bank, Hedge Fund, or a Fund AdministerKnowledge of OTC products including interest rate, credit, equity and/or FX derivatives preferredMargin Management Experience at a top tier firm or other large broker dealer is preferredDeep understanding of the collateral management workflow and OTC derivatives processingUnderstanding of Unregulated Margin Regulation language and new practicesClear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication skillsInnovative self-starter who is diligent and continually strives for excellenceStrong Clients facing skillsAdvanced Excel skillsDemonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and ambition.

NY: Salary range for the position: $80,000 USD to $150,000 USD.
