Job DescriptionTo support the Head of Non-Financial Risk in the effective and proactive management of operational risks within the Bank aligned to the business strategy, operating model, and Group Risk policies. This includes partnership with head office and in-country business and risk stakeholders to ensure that the processes for identifying, measuring, controlling, and reporting of NFR is aligned to the NFR framework.

Experience Required
Operational Risk Management
Banking experience in service and operations roles (at supervisory/management level) with working knowledge of Bank’s systems and procedures.
3-4 years
Practical knowledge of risk, control frameworks & applications, Risk Control Self-Assessments / Key Risk Indicators in financial services industry. Fully conversant in risk appetite, risk response & process improvement concepts. Understand both non-financial risk and financial reporting risk characteristics.
