Manager, Marketing & eCommerce Consulting GCM
The Marketing and eCommerce Manager will be responsible for driving increased market share and revenue through focused hotel\-level activity\.As a specialist, this role will ensure hotels have adequate online presence and visibility to drive online channel performance as well as connecting hotels to enterprise activity\. You will provide hotels with best practice guidelines across multiple subject matters and topics, while prioritizing activities that drive revenue\. **What will I be doing?** The Manager will be responsible for delivering the tactical execution of Marketing & eCommerce Consulting programmers and initiatives, which support and drive transactions for digital outlets across GCM\. The role will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel\-level digital outlets maintain optimal levels of presence and performance\. Key activities include: ·Provide Marketing & eCommerceoperational support for all GCM hotels, including Full Service & Above, HGI, and Franchise properties\. ·Be the unique voice of Marketing & eCommerce & CommercialService teamthrough the hotels using various comm’s channels\. ·Investing in talent development through themed trainings, quarterly Marcom Meetings,etc\. ·Create in\-language customized curriculum, materials and trainings that educate and enable hotels to build their digital marketing success ·Continue to build scalable, efficient solutions \(platforms, systems\) that allow MECC to scale ·Delivering hotel\-level& regional leveldigitaldashboards\. ·Improving training platforms and contents to optimize effectiveness\. ·Enhancing MECC hotel\-level communicationefficiency through increased automation of systems and tools\. ·Lead projects to ensure hotels enhance their digital presence across owned and 3rdparty sites\. ·Executing on incremental projects that support team goals\. ·Establish a regional culture of accountability, teamwork, collaboration and revenue performance\. ·Managing intake of hotel\-level requests via phone and email, including appropriate dispositioning and assigning to appropriate resource while also resolving basic enquiries\. **What are we looking for?** As Manager Marketing & eCommerce Consulting serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members\.
